Fabric suggestions
Use light to medium-weight knit fabric with about 50% horizontal stretch and great recovery such as athletic knit, ITY, double-brushed poly and cotton Lyrca. Do not use drapey fabric with poor recovery such as rayon spandex (unless it has a minimum of 8-10% elastane).
