Main Fabric: • SPECS FOR TOP VIEW A/B: Light to mid-weight knit fabrics with minimum 50% crosswise stretch (can be 2 or 4-way stretch). Fabric weight should be between 4-7 oz (150-250 GSM). • SPECS FOR LEGGING VIEW C/D: Mid-weight knit fabrics with 4-way stretch (minimum 50-60% crosswise and 40% lengthwise stretch). Fabric weight should be between 4-9 oz (150-300 GSM). • CONSTRUCTION: Jersey or Double Knits such as Fleece or Interlock • CONTENT: We recommend using fabrics with merino wool or silk to provide natural insulation and breathability required in baselayer garments. Tencel, Nylon, or Polyester content will provide additional durability, sweat wicking, and quick dry properties. Spandex helps provide fabric longevity and stretch recovery, and is recommended for the leggings. Cotton is not suitable if using for activewear. Optional Contrast Fabric: • Use at Armhole Gusset and /or Legging Back Yoke. • Choose a Jersey Mesh fabric in these areas to allow extra airflow in high-sweat locations. It should have around 30% crosswise stretch, but doesn't need to be 4-way..
