Basque Waist Corset sewing pattern

SHELL: Medium-weight fabric with little to no stretch such as plain cotton, bridal satin, or denim. Lightweight and/or sheer shell fabrics (chiffon/organza) can be flatlined with cotton to add more structure and stability. The blue example corset shell is made from a shimmering chiffon and flatlined with cotton, and the black/white example corset is made from tweed boucle. LINING: Medium-weight fabric with little to no stretch, such as plain cotton. Both example corsets are lined with plain cotton.
