Fabric suggestions
Knit fabric of medium or moderate weight.
Resilient, non-sag, and opaque knitwear, French terry, or jersey will work well. For the cuffs and the sewn-on waistband, it is recommended to use a highly stretchable knit fabric, such as rib knit.
Fabric requirements
Main fabric: 1.2 - 1.4m x 140cm wide
Supplies
A more stretchable fabric for the waistband and cuffs, for example, rib knit – 20 cm with a width of at least 100 cm.
Knit piping 10-11 mm wide with a cord 2 mm thick ~ 10 – 12 m.
Elastic cord (cord – elastic) 2 mm thick, white or matching the piping tape (for trimming the neckline edge) ~ 1 m.
