Fabric suggestions
Drafted for medium weight knits (200gsm +) with 4-way stretch, great recovery, and a minimum 50% horizontal stretch, and 50% vertical stretch. Look for high spandex content, 5% minimum, but I prefer 12%-25%. Note- the higher spandex content and heavier weight knits (250gsm+) will feel tighter and give more compression.
Examples for athletic wear: ribbed athletic knits, athletic brushed poly, nylon spadex, poly spandex, supplex, yoga knit, nylon spandex tricot, poly spandex tricot, ribbed tricot, athletic foiled knit, etc.
Examples for more causal wear: cotton lycra, double brushed poly, thicker ribbed knit, etc.
