To sew this coat, choose suiting and coating fabrics with the following properties: - medium weight, soft, non-stretch or with very little stretch - the fiber content can include natural fibers (wool, cashmere), artificial fibers (viscose), blends (wool + cashmere, wool + polyester, etc.), and synthetics (polyester, polyester + elastane) The following fabrics are recommended: coating-weight cashmere or wool, heavyweight tweed. Attention! We do not recommend using lightweight raincoat fabrics. For the lining, we recommend using artificial fibers (viscose), blends (viscose + elastane, viscose + polyester), and synthetics (polyester, polyester + elastane). The coat in the photo is made of coating-weight cashmere. The fabric is medium weight, soft, malleable, non-stretch and has low pile. The fiber content is a blend of cashmere and wool. The lining's fiber content is a blend of viscose and polyester.
