Fabric suggestions
This pattern was created for heavier weight woven fabrics appropriate for jackets and coats: gabardine, canvas, taffeta, nylon, etc. For the liner try a flannel or fleece for the body for warmth. For the sleeves of the liner a bemberg twill or another synthetic liner is best as the sleeves require more movement. However, we believe you can make everything out of anything. Feel free to contact us for advice if you’re feeling adventurous.
