Fabric suggestions
Inner Liner: Knit fabrics with 50% four way stretch
Ex: poly spandex blends, swim fabric, cotton lycra, athletic knits.
Outer Shorts: Woven, Stretch Wovens or Knits
Ex: boardshort, poly spandex/nylon stretch wovens, cotton lycra, french terry, etc.
For Swim Shorts, boardshort fabric is recommended for the outer and swim fabric for the liner.
Supplies
1-2 yard of 1.5" Elastic, Grommets with a 1/4-3/8" inner diameter and setting tool (optional), Fusible interfacing for drawstring.
