Fabric suggestions

The LEIJA trousers work best in medium-weight woven fabrics. A cotton fabric with some stiffness, such as poplin, is lovely for this piece as it supports the sculptural shape. The green sample trousers are made from “Organic Stripe Cotton” (100% cotton, 4.13 oz/140 gsm) and the yellow sample is made from “Organic Papertouch Cotton Poplin” (100% cotton, 3.54 oz/120 gsm). Both fabrics are by Mind the Maker from METERMETER
