Fabric suggestions
Main fabric: Light-weight woven fabric.
Designed for linen, but successful in cotton, stretch denim, etc. If using a stiffer/ heavier fabric, consider adding width to back outseams.
Pocket bags: Main fabric or quilter's cotton.
Center Front panel: Stretch ribbed knit fabric.
Ideal to have at least 5% elastic
Interfacing: Light-weight fusible

45" (115 cm) wide fabric: 2.5 yd (2.3 m)
60" (150 cm) wide fabric: 1.25–2.5 yd (1.14–2.3 m)
Pocket lining: 0.5 yd (0.45 m)
Interfacing: 0.25 yd (0.25 m)
Supplies
• Non-roll elastic: 2" (5 cm) wide, 8–15" (20–38 cm) long
• D-rings: 1½–1¾" (3.8–4.5 cm)
• Twill tape: ½–¾" (1.3–2 cm) wide, medium weight
• Large sew-on snaps: Size 10 (⅞" / 2.2 cm), 2 or more
• Lightweight fusible interfacing 0.25 yd (0.25 m)
You can also use any kind of set-in snap or button + button-holes can work too, especially with jean shank buttons.
