1 ½ yards 1" Twill Tape
Leather:
3/16" Double-sided Leather Tape
40" x 1 1/8" Leather Strips (8–10 oz)
100" x 3/4" Leather Strips (8–10 oz)
6" x 3" Leather Scrap (8–10 oz)
5" x 2" Leather Scrap (5–7 oz)
Essential Tools:
Tubular Rivet Peening Tool - necessary to set tubular rivets
Line 24 Snap Setter + Dot Anvil - to set Line 24 snaps
1/8" Drive Punch - for punching holes in leather and fabric
Cutting Board - to use under metal punching tools
Non-rubber Mallet - heavy-duty enough for tubular rivets
Hard Setting Surface - slab of stone, metal anvil, concrete
Round End Punches ¾" + 1 ¹/8" (or larger) - for leather straps
Leather Pen
Sewing Supplies:
Topstitching Needle - has a larger eye to fit two threads
All-purpose Thread - to match all fabrics (x2 for topstitching!)
Fabric Pencil - always need one of these on hand
Craft Clips + Jumbo Craft Clips - pins just aren’t going to cut it
3/16" Double-sided Leather Tape - to make your twill tape binding behave
Optional but recommended:
Edgestitch Presser Foot - for perfectly parallel stitches
Jean-a-ma-jig - for a lift over those bulky seams
Walking Foot - to give your sewing machine an extra boost
