Fabric suggestions
Use a cotton, bamboo, or blended lightweight knit with (preferably) at least 4% spandex/elastane and four way stretch. The spandex/elastane content will assist trunks in retaining their shape. Avoid tissue weight knits as these will not be strong enough for trunks.
Fabric requirements
The knit you choose should have 60-70% stretch
Supplies
The trunks require 1 1/2" to 1 3/4" (3.8 cm to 4.4 cm) wide elastic (medium weight pre-shrunk knitted elastic)
