To maintain this design’s shape, choose light to medium weight woven fabrics with enough density to hold shape in cotton, linen, wool, and various blends.

Supplies

2-way zipper about 34” long, 3 to 5mm wide (zipper teeth), zipper tape width measuring 3/8” to 1/2” on either side of the chain (teeth). Adjust the length to your preference. 1” wide grosgrain double the length of the zipper plus 2”. Bias binding in a lightweight fabric for the inner sleeve, waistline, right and left fronts, and neckline (samples shown used cotton voile). Fusible for front opening and pocket stabilization
