Fabric suggestions
Malorie can work in a range of woven fabrics. Choose cotton poplin or cotton lawn for an easier sew and more structure, or opt for viscose, viscose linen or crepe for a dress with more movement. A plain or geometric pattern will do a great job of showing the interesting front bodice pleat. You'll also need two 25mm buttons, and a spool of shirring elastic and a length of 6mm elastic for version 1, or a 30cm/12"
invisible zip for version 2.
