Fabric Requirements are the EXACT amount of fabric needed for MAIN FABRIC. They do not account for shrinkage. You may need more yardage if you are taller than 5'5" (165cm). For all sizes you may need 3/8 yrd (35cm) of lightweight lining fabric for the side seam pockets.
