To sew this dress, choose woven fabrics with the following properties: - Medium weight, soft, presses well, non-stretch or with very little stretch, opaque; - The fiber content can include natural fibers (wool, silk), artificial, blends (wool + polyester, wool + elastane, silk + polyester, silk + elastane, etc.), and synthetic (polyester, polyester + elastane); - The following fabrics are recommended: dress-weight wool, natural and artificial silk, viscose poplin, crepe, atlas. Attention! We do not recommend stretchy knit materials or lightweight fabrics. The dress in the photo is made of crepe fabric. This fabric is medium weight, soft and has very little stretch. The fiber content is a blend of silk, polyester and elastane.
