Fabric suggestions
•Fabric content will affect the drape and fit. Drafted for a lightweight, drapey knit.
Rayon spandex, modal, bamboo lycra, ITY, double brushed polyester, etc.
For the waistband, you may choose something with excellent recovery such as cotton lycra.
Note thicker weights such as cotton lycra are not recommended for the main pants.
Supplies
•Faced waistband: 1/4″ elastic for straps
•Optional: 1/4″ wash away hem tape, knit twin needle, tube turner for the optional side ties.
•Basics: thread, pins or clips, scissors, ruler, hem gauge, and marking tool. Ballpoint, stretch, or jersey needle.
