Threadloop Plus

What is Plus?

Threadloop Plus is a subscription that gives you access to practical time-saving features. It is also the best way to support our development and make sure that we can continuously improve the platform.

What does it cost?

You can choose between a monthly or a yearly subscription, that you can cancel any time. The monthly subscription costs 5 USD/month and the yearly is 48 USD (saving you 20% compared to the monthly option). Both options include tax worldwide.

How do I subscribe?

To subscribe, log into your account, go to the pricing page, choose monthly or yearly billing, and click 'get Plus'. You then need to enter your payment details to confirm your purchase. Depending on the country you're in, and the browser you're using, you will get the option between these payment methods:

  • Credit or debit card
  • PayPal
  • Google Pay - only in Chrome
  • Apple Pay - only in Safari
  • Bancontact - Belgium
  • iDEAL - Netherlands
  • Pix - Brazil
  • BLIK - Poland
  • MB Way - Portugal

When the purchase is confirmed, you should see a confirmation screen thanking you for your purchase. Your Plus subscription is immediately activated upon purchase. If it did not activate, please contact us by emailing support@threadloop.app and we'll sort it out.

How do I cancel my Threadloop Plus subscription?

To cancel your subscription, go to the Billing page in your account settings and click Cancel plan. You will have access to all Plus features until your current billing period is over.

What happens when I no longer have a subscription?

All Plus features will be hidden/disabled until you have an active subscription again. This means that you will lose access to these features, but no content will be deleted

If you have uploaded PDFs, you will still be able to view and download these from the pattern pages if you do not have an active subscription. However, you will not be able to upload new PDFs.

If you have created collections and organised your projects this way, you will not lose your collections, but you won't be able to use or view them with an inactive subscription. Your projects themselves will be unaffected.
